After you have completed the reservation form and sent it to us, we
will get in contact with you very soon to inform you about the
availability and to answer all the questions you might have upon the
itinerary of the trek/tour, or the services we provide.
To
secure your booking we ask you to pay a 50% deposit of the total
amount that has to be paid for the complete service, up to 30 days
before the service we provide. The other 50% has to be paid upon
arrival in our office. For more details read the section “Booking
conditions” on our website. After your deposit is received, it is
agreed that a contract with Sweet Daybreak Travel exists and that
you have read the booking conditions and that you have agreed with
it.

policies for Inca Trail reservations
Reservations will be subject to the daily capacity emitted by the
UGM. 500 people are allowed daily on the track, including guides,
porters, helpers, and visitors. Therefore we recommend you to
reserve your place far in advance. For the Inca Trail the 50%
deposit has to be made as soon as possible to secure your
reservation to book places to walk on the trail far in advance.

Student discount
Students have to be International Student Card (ISIC) holders. The
card has to be valid on the date of starting the trek. We ask you to
scan your ISIC-card and to send a copy to info@hostalsweetdaybreak.com.
Special note
If
you have for any reason a NEW PASSPORT after we have
purchased your permits for the Inca Trail or have bought train
tickets, you must bring with you: the old passport, or in case of
loss 2 very clear copies of the old passport along with your new
passport. If not the control will refuse your entrance fee to the
Inca Trail, and you can experience problems catching the train. |
